Painting…Well, Sucks.

We painted the office over the weekend, and let me tell you, painting sucks.  Well, the actual labor-intensive part of painting is what sucks — seeing a project come together with her is what makes it all worth it. 

But really, they really need to come up with a way to change the color of a room with a click of a button.  Or make special molding that you can’t paint on — because running masking tape all over the place is just friggen’ annoying. 

All in all, the color looks great.  We put up a few Ikea shelves, and it’s all beginning to look, and feel, very comfortable.  Pictures, when we’re finished, will follow shortly — I wish we would have took before pictures, because, well, that place was an entire mess comparable to the Staten Island dump.
