Dear Crazy Soap Lady.

Wednesday, November 14th, 2007

I was suckered today into buying some fancy soap I don’t need, especially since Macky is always dirty and therefore always getting me dirty.  I spent twenty bucks on some crazy sea-salt soap from the Dead Sea.

Twenty bucks, because I felt bad saying no.

Well, most of the funds are going toward the giving campain at work — which is a good thing.

But I’ll admit it.  The sea-salt soap was pretty nice on the hands.  It got most of the dead skin off of my hand, as well as plenty of dirt.  It left my hand rather silky and smooth — I suppose it does do it’s job.

The crazy soap lady wouldn’t stop there, though.  She tried selling me some sort of nail-care package, and sampled it on my thumb.  Ok.  She made me finger-nail bright and shiny.  Lady, I’m a guy.  Why would I want my nails shiny, smooth, and bright?  You’re crazy.  And now I have one finger-nail that is shiny and bright.  Great.

I only hope I can get my cat, Macky, to clean himself in this sea-salt soap daily.  Then maybe, just maybe, we won’t have a cat that smells all the time like a really dirty and wet puppy.

24Hansen is my venue to write about whatever is on my mind. I don't consider myself a blogger. Instead, I like to post entries within my journal. HUGE difference, I know.

I am currently twenty five years old, though I feel like I'm still twelve. I'm engaged to a wonderful person, and have three crazy, but very lovable, cats.
